Billing

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

While our platform assists with OSHA compliance, it does not guarantee compliance or replace professional legal or safety advice. You remain responsible for ensuring your workplace meets all applicable regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WORKSAFEAGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkSafeAgent, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason with notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
